Kathmandu : Nepal Sambat Nhunda National Celebration Committee has honoured Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ for taking the historic decision to mention Nepal Sambat calendar in all government documents.
The Committee Chairperson Naresh Man Bajracharya presented the certificate to PM Dahal amid a function today here on the occasion of the Shankhadhar Memorial Day. The Committee also handed curd and a shawl as auspicious gift to the PM in honour.
The government took a decision to mention the date of Nepal Sambat in all government documents through the Cabinet meeting on November 13. The Committee also offered congratulations to PM Dahal and the Council of Ministers for making this historic decision.
